[1] The Decision issued on 23 July 2014 in [2014] FWCA 4945 is corrected as follows:

1. By deleting in paragraph 3 the words “The Australian Manufacturing Workers’ Union (AMWU)” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “The Australian Workers’ Union”.
