A c t E x t e n s i o n A c t of 1894, w i t h r e g a r d t o
w o r k s of s e w e r a g e for t h e m u n i c i p a l i t y of
C a m d e n . [28th December, 1910.]
Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative
authority of the same, as follows :—

1. This Act shall be construed with the Metropolitan Water and Sewerage Acts. 18S0-18S9, and the Metropolitan Water and Sewerage Act Extension Act of 1894, and may be cited as the " Camden Sewerage Act, 1910.''

2. The powers granted to and the duties imposed on the Board of Water Supply and Sewerage by the Metropolitan Water and Sewerage Acts, 18S0-1SS9, and the Metropolitan Water and Sewerage Act Extension Act of 189-1, in respect of the construction of works for sewerage and the carrying out of the provisions of those Acts in relation thereto within the city and suburbs of Sydney, may be exercised and shall be performed by the said board within the boun­ daries of the municipality of Camden.
