1      Name of plan

This plan is Camden Local Environmental Plan No 152.

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to rezone part of the land to which this plan applies (being part of Lot 1, DP 558088, part of Lot 3, DP 876325, part of Lots 20 and 22, DP 1120602, Part Lot 21, DP 543966, part of Lot 1212, DP 1130072, part of Lot 1154, DP 1121506 and part of Lot 1, DP 1095893, Spring Farm) to permit relocation of the access link road (Liz Kernohan Drive) into the Spring Farm release area and its intersection with the Camden By-pass.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land situated in the local government area of Camden at Spring Farm, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Camden Local Environmental Plan No 152—Zoning” deposited in the office of Camden Council.

4 Amendment of Camden Local Environmental Plan No 121—Spring Farm

Camden Local Environmental Plan No 121—Spring Farm is amended by omitting the matter “121” from the definition of the Zoning Map in clause 8 (1) and by inserting instead the matter “152”.
