Camden Local Environmental Plan No 129

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Camden Local Environmental Plan No 129.

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to allow, with the consent of Camden Council, the carrying out of development on the land to which this plan applies for the purposes of strata subdivided serviced apartments, a convention centre and restaurant.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land in the Camden local government area, being Lot 2, DP 1008301, No 23 Harrington Street, Elderslie, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Camden Local Environmental Plan No 129” deposited in the office of Camden Council.

4      Amendment of Camden Local Environmental Plan No 46

Camden Local Environmental Plan No 46 is amended by inserting at the end of Schedule 5 the following words:

Lot 2, DP 1008301, No 23 Harrington Street, Elderslie, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Camden Local Environmental Plan No 129”—strata subdivided serviced apartments, a convention centre and restaurant.
