1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Camden Local Environmental Plan Amendment (Sydney Region Growth

Centres—Turner Road Precinct) 2016.

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to certain land near the eastern and southern tributaries of the South Creek catchment at Gregory Hills within the Turner Road Precinct under State Environmental Planning Policy (Sydney Region Growth Centres) 2006, including the following land:

(a)	part of Gregory Hills Drive,
(b)	part of Lot 4, DP 1192118 and part of Lot 506, DP 1197230, Kavanagh Street,
(c)	parts of Lots 194 and 195, DP 1193788, Kookaburra Drive, and part of Kookaburra Drive,
(d)	part of Lot 7093, DP 1203440, Village Circuit.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by State Environmental Planning Policy (Sydney Region Growth Centres) 2006 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.
