This Plan is Camden Local Environmental Plan Amendment (Sydney Region Growth

Centres—Camden Precinct) 2020.

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 81, DP 656970, 1423 Camden Valley Way, Leppington.

4      Amendment of State Environmental Planning Policy (Sydney Region Growth

Centres) 2006

Appendix 9 Camden Growth Centres Precinct Plan

Insert after clause 2 of Schedule 1—

3      Use of certain land at 1423 Camden Valley Way, Leppington

(1)

This clause applies to land at 1423 Camden Valley Way, Leppington,

being Lot 81, DP 656970.

(2)

Development for the purposes of a pub, hotel or motel accommodation and a bottle shop is permitted with development consent on land that is within Zone R3 Medium Density Residential.

(3)

In this clause—

bottle shop means retail premises, being licensed premises under the Liquor Act 2007, the principal purpose of which is the retail sale of

liquor in sealed containers for consumption away from the premises.
