Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Camden Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment

No 5).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)

certain land off Macquarie Grove Road, Kirkham, within the Mater Dei Release Area,

(b)

land in the Spring Farm Urban Release Area, including certain land fronting Macarthur Road and Springs Road, Spring Farm South Village and Spring Farm West Village,

(c)

certain land in Harrington Grove and part of the Harrington Park Homestead property, including 730 Dan Cleary Drive, G Harrington Parkway, 1 Nolan Way, 131, 179A and 187 The Northern Road and 5 Towra Circuit,

(d)

part of the land known as Elyard Gardens, 1 Elyard Street, Narellan.

4      Maps

Each map adopted by Camden Local Environmental Plan 2010 that is specified in Column 1 of the following table is declared by this Plan to be amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the map specified
