1 Name of Plan
This Plan is Camden Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment
No 5).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to the following land:
| (a) | certain land off Macquarie Grove Road, Kirkham, within the Mater Dei Release Area, |
| (b) | land in the Spring Farm Urban Release Area, including certain land fronting Macarthur Road and Springs Road, Spring Farm South Village and Spring Farm West Village, |
| (c) | certain land in Harrington Grove and part of the Harrington Park Homestead property, including 730 Dan Cleary Drive, G Harrington Parkway, 1 Nolan Way, 131, 179A and 187 The Northern Road and 5 Towra Circuit, |
| (d) | part of the land known as Elyard Gardens, 1 Elyard Street, Narellan. |
