1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Camden Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 46).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to certain land to which Camden Local Environmental Plan 2010 applies.

4 Amendment of Camden Local Environmental Plan 2010

(1) Clause 7.1 Flood planning

Omit the definition of flood planning level from clause 7.1(5). Insert instead—

flood planning level means the level of a 1% AEP (annual exceedance

probability) flood event plus 0.5 metre freeboard, or other freeboard

determined by an adopted floodplain risk management plan.

Schedule 5 Environmental heritage

Insert “Lot 1, DP 1024949;” before “Lot 56” in the matter relating to item I63 in Part

1.
