Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Camden Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 36).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 10, DP 1173819, Lot 10, DP 1161557 and Lot 1, DP 301830, 1100–1150 Camden Valley Way, Leppington (being land fronting Camden Valley Way and Raby and St Andrews Roads and known as the Emerald Hills estate).

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Camden Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert after clause 15:

15A

Use of certain land fronting Raby Road, Leppington

(1)

This clause applies to certain land fronting Raby Road, Leppington, being that part of Lot 10, DP 1173819 zoned R2 Low Density Residential and shown edged heavy blue on sheet 016 of the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

Development for the purposes of exhibition homes is permitted with

development consent.
