1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Camden Local Environmental Plan 2010

(Amendment No 3).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)

Lots 50 and 51, DP 1175424, being land at Camden Valley Way, Catherine Field,

(b)

Lots 1 and 3, DP 260703 and SP 36786, being land off Raby Road, Catherine Field.

4      Maps

Each map adopted by Camden Local Environmental Plan 2010 that is specified in Column 1 of the following table is declared by this Plan to be amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the map specified opposite in Column 2 of the table as approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan:

Purpose Zones.

Insert after the matter relating to Zone SP2 Infrastructure:

To provide for a variety of tourist-oriented development and related uses.

To enable low density housing that does not unreasonably impact on tourist-oriented development.

To enable low scale, low intensity development that does not unreasonably increase the demand for public infrastructure, services or facilities.

3      Permitted with consent

Dwelling houses; Educational establishments; Food and drink premises; Function centres; Information and education facilities; Recreation facilities (outdoor); Registered clubs; Roads; Retail premises; Tourist and visitor accommodation; Viticulture
