1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Camden Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 24).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Harrington Park:

(a)	2 and 4 Sharman Close, being Lot 1, DP 740423 and Lot 2, DP 740422,
(b)	1A Stewart Street, being Lot 1, DP 329195.

Insert after clause 11:

11A

Use of certain land at 2 and 4 Sharman Close and 1A Stewart Street,

Harrington Park

(1)	This clause applies to land at 2 and 4 Sharman Close and 1A Stewart Street, Harrington Park, being Lot 1, DP 740423, Lot 2, DP 740422 and Lot 1, DP 329195.
(2)	Development for the purposes of business premises, office premises and take away food and drink premises is permitted with development consent.
