I, the Minister for Planning, make the following local environmental plan under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Camden Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 19).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

(1) To the extent that this Plan reclassifies land, this Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	Lot 2, DP 532049, 40 Exeter Street, Camden,
(b)	Lot A, DP 337924, 75 Macquarie Grove Road, Camden,
(c)	Lot 1, DP 532049, 75A Macquarie Grove Road, Camden,
(d)	Lot 53, DP 857052, 156A Waterworth Drive, Mount Annan,
(e)	Lot 1101, DP 884135, 363 Welling Drive, Mount Annan,
(f)	Part of Lot 2, DP 1138792, 40 Waterworth Drive, Narellan Vale,
(g)	Lot 3513, DP 830128, 55 Topham Road, Smeaton Grange.

(2) To the extent that this Plan corrects the address and property description of a heritage item, this Plan applies to 40 Exeter Street and 75 and 75A Macquarie Grove Road, Camden.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Camden Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
