Cadet Forces Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903, the Naval Defence Act 1910 and the Air Force Act 1923.

1. Amendment

1.1 The Cadet Forces Regulations arc amended as set out in these Regulations.

2. Regulation 5 (Appointment of officers and instructors)

2.1 Subregulation 5 (2):

Omit “and has not attained the age of 56 years”.

2.2 Subregulation 5 (3):

Omit “and has not attained the age of 56 years”.
