1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Cabonne Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 1).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Molong:

(a)	Lot 1, DP 730639, 6 Gidley Street,
(b)	Lot 5, DP 1076034, 10 William Street.

4 Amendment of Cabonne Local Environmental Plan 2012

(1) Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Omit “Nil” from Column 1 of Part 1.

Insert the following in Columns 1 and 2, respectively:

Molong, 10 William Street	Lot 5, DP 1076034
