1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Byron Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 7).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at Byron Bay Road, Bangalow, being the eastern portion of

Lot 10, DP 748099, and Lot 5, DP 609656.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Byron Local Environmental Plan 2014 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Omit “Nil” from Column 1 of Part 1. Insert instead, in Columns 1 and 2, respectively:
