This Plan is Byron Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 2).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to certain land at Orana Road, Ocean Shores, being Lot 530,

DP 238451.

4      Amendment of Byron Local Environmental Plan 2014

Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Omit “Nil” from Part 2. Insert in Columns 1, 2 and 3, respectively:

Ocean Shores	Lot 530, DP 238451, Orana	Easements for electricity (N765060),
Road	rising main (DP 600678) and services (AD798519), and right of carriageway (DP 1062920), as noted on Certificate of Title Folio Identifier 530/238451
