1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Byron Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 19).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on 1 July 2020 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land in Zones R2 Low Density Residential and R3 Medium

Density Residential under Byron Local Environmental Plan 2014.

4      Amendment of Byron Local Environmental Plan 2014

Insert “manor houses,” after “dual occupancies,”.

In this clause, manor house has the same meaning as in clause 1.5 of

State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying

Development Codes) 2008.

Note. Clause 3B.1A of State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and

Complying Development Codes) 2008 provides that development for the

purposes of manor houses is permitted with development consent in Zones R2

and R3.
