1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Byron Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment No 154).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the classification or reclassification of the following land as operational land:

(a)	land at Vallances Road, Mullumbimby, being part of Lot 1, DP 952598,
(b)	land at Dingo Lane, Myocum, being part of Lots 15 and 16, DP 1178892.
