1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Byron Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment

No 152).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 2, DP 537488, 2 Tickles Road, Upper Coopers

Creek.

4 Amendment of Byron Local Environmental Plan 1988

Schedule 8 Land referred to in clause 29

Insert after item 57:

58      Lot 2, DP 537488, 2 Tickles Road, Upper Coopers Creek, for the purposes of a dwelling-house, but only if the council is satisfied that the radiant heat exposure from a bushfire in relation to the house will not exceed 29 kW per square metre.
