1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Byron Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment

No 147).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to all the land to which Byron Local Environmental

Plan 1988 applies.

Omit “Byron Development Control Plan No 16—Exempt and Complying Development as adopted by the Council on 10 June 2010” from clause 9 (4), (5) (b) and (6), wherever occurring.

Insert instead “Chapter 16 of the Byron 2010 DCP”.
