1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Byron Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment

No 138).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to all land to which Byron Local Environmental Plan

1988 applies.

4 Amendment of Byron Local Environmental Plan 1988

(1) Clause 9 Zone objectives and development control table

Omit “20 December 2001” from clause 9 (4), (5) (b) and (6), wherever occurring.

Insert instead “10 June 2010”.
