1      Name of plan

This plan is Byron Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment

No 114).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to rezone the land to which this plan applies from Zone No 1 (b1) (the Agricultural Protection (b1) Zone) to partly Zone No 6 (a) (the Open Space Zone) and partly Zone No 7 (b) (the Coastal Habitat Zone) under Byron Local Environmental Plan 1988.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land within the local government area of Byron at Mullumbimby, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Byron Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment No 114)” deposited in the office of Byron Shire Council.

4 Amendment of Byron Local Environmental Plan 1988

Byron Local Environmental Plan 1988 is amended by inserting in appropriate order in the definition of the map in the Dictionary the

following words:
