BY-LAW 66 AMENDMENT 1997

Made by The Western Australian Government Railways Commission with the approval of the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.These by-laws may be cited as the By-law 66 Amendment 1997.

Commencement

2. These by-laws come into operation on the latter of the day on which they are published

in the Gazette and the day on which the Equal Opportunity Amendment Act 1997 comes

into operation.

By-law 66 amended

3. By-law 66 (8) (a) of the Railways By-laws* is deleted.
