BY-LAW 54 AMENDMENT (NO. 6) 1991

Made by the Western Australian Government Railways Commission and approved by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These by-laws may be cited as By-law 54 Amendment (No. 6) 1991.

Principal by-law

2.      In these by-laws By-law 54 of the Railways By-laws* is referred to as the

principal by-law.

Rule 178 amended

3.      Rule 178 in the Schedule to the principal by-law is amended —

(a)

in paragraph (b) (i) by deleting item (I) and substituting the following item —

77;

" (I) effect the staff change;
and
(b) in paragraph (b) (ii) by deleting item (I) and substituting the following item —

CC

(I) effect the staff change or ensure that the

Drivers Assistant does so in accordance with 71
these rules;
deleting Figures 31 to 36 and substituting the following —

Rule 349 amended

4. Rule 349 in the Schedule to the principal by-law is amended in subrule

(2) (d) by deleting "in that assistance" and substituting the following —

in that instance

Rule 414 amended

5.     Rule 414 in the Schedule to the principal by-law is amended in subrule

(6) (c) by deleting ", except as may be provided in local instructions for a
station where gravity or hump shunting is in operation".

Figures 31 to 36 deleted and figures substituted

6.     The figures in the Schedule to the principal by-law are amended by

7. Form S.W.16. in the Schedule to the principal by-law is amended by

deleting "Train Staff' and substituting the following —

" Train Electric Staff
