By-law 54 Amendment (No. 5) 1990

Made by the Western Australian Government Railways Commission and
approved by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These by-laws may be cited as By-law 54 Amendment (No. 5) 1990.
Rule 340 amended
2. Rule 340 of By-law 54* is amended in subrule (1) by deleting "Where—" and

substituting the following-

" Unless otherwise authorized by the Head of the Operations Branch,

where— ".
