Rule 58 amended
3.Rule 58 in the Schedule to the principal by-law is amended—
(a) in subrule (2) by deleting "or white chevron"; and (b) by repealing subrule (4) and substituting the following subrule—
" (4) A signal indication by means of a semaphore arm is displayed

4. The Figures in the Schedule to the principal by-law are amended by deleting
