BY-LAW 54 AMENDMENT 1992

Made by the Western Australian Government Railways Commission and approved by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.      These by-laws may be cited as By-law 54 Amendment 1992.

Schedule amended

Rule 340 (2) (b)

2.     The Schedule to By-law 54 of the Railways By-laws* is amended by

inserting after "suburban electric train", in the rules referred to in the Table

to this by-law, the following —

or other railcar operated without a Guard
