and upon summary conviction thereof before any two or more Justices of the Peace in Petty Sessions he shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding Fifty pounds and not less than Five pounds.

Any person knowingly selling any butterine, margarine, oleo- butter, shall inform the purchaser that the said substance or mixture is not butter, and shall deliver it to the purchaser in a barrel, firkin, vessel, basket, or other receptacle legibly marked butterine,' margarine," oleomargarine,' or animal fat,' or with the true name of the substance, as the case may be.
