Business Names Registration Act 2011

I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under items 2 and 3 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Business Names Registration Act 2011, fix:

(a)   20 April 2012 as the day on which sections 3 to 17 of that Act commence; and

(b)   28 May 2012 as the day on which Part 2 of that Act commences.
