1—Short title
These regulations may be cited as the Business Names (Fees) Variation Regulations 2011.
2—Commencement
These regulations will come into operation on 1 July 2011.
3—Variation provisions
In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

Schedule 1—delete the Schedule and substitute:

Section 8(1) of the Act—
(a) application fee for registration of a business name
$159.00
(b) application fee for renewal of registration of a business name
$128.00
(c) late application fee (in addition to the fee payable under paragraph (b))

Fee for replacement of a certificate of registration

Section 8(4) of the Act—application for consent of the Minister

Section 11(4) of the Act—
(a) inspection of a document lodged with the Commission under this Act or the repealed Act

(b) obtaining a copy of part of the register, a document lodged with the Commission under the Act or the repealed Act or a list of business names registered under the Act as referred to in section 11(4)—
