These regulations come into operation on 1 January 2002.

Business Names Amendment Regulations

(No. 3) 2001

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Business Names
Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2001.

2.            Commencement

6714 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 28 December 2001

3.            Third Schedule amended

The Third Schedule to the Business Names Regulations 1962* is amended in item 1 by deleting "93" and inserting instead —

" 103 "
