Business Names Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Business Names
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2001.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 January 2002.

3.           Third Schedule amended

The Third Schedule item 3 to the Business Names inserting instead —
