Business Names Amendment Regulations 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Business Names

88 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 9 January 2004

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on I February 2004.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Business Names
Regulations 1962*.

4. Third Schedule amended
The Third Schedule is amended in item 3 as follows:

(a) by inserting after "Act"

to renew the registration of a business name that expires on

or after 1 February 2004

(b) by deleting "Nil" and inserting instead
