a	1. Objectives

d	The objectives of these Regulations are—
n	(a) to substitute a particular for the purposes of
a	section 15 of the Business Names Act 1962;

ti	(b)	to revoke regulations that are no longer

g	These Regulations are made under section 32 of

L	the Business Names Act 1962.
n	3. Commencement

ri	These Regulations come into operation on 1 November 2003.

4. Principal Regulations

In these Regulations, the Business Names

Regulations 2003 are called the Principal

n	Regulations.
e	5. Renewal of registration
m	(1) Regulation 10(1)(h) of the Principal Regulations

c	is revoked.
o	(2) For regulation 10(1)(j) of the Principal
D	Regulations substitute—
ry	"(j) a statement, in accordance with section 15,
ta	stating that the information contained in the
n	renewal is correct and complete.".
e	6. Director may waive fees

ia	Regulation 13 of the Principal Regulations is
rl	revoked.
a	7. Fees
P	In the Schedule to the Principal Regulations,
d	items 8 and 9 are revoked.
