Business Names Amendment Regulations 2000

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Business Names
Amendment Regulations 2000.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 January 2001.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Business Names
Regulations 1962*.

4.             Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2 is amended by deleting Form 3 and inserting instead the following form —

BUSINESS NAME

Business Names Act 1962 — section 11(1)

Under the Business Names Act 1962 the registration of a business name expires after 3 years. The registration of this business name is due to expire on the date shown below. To renew the registration of this name, complete and sign this form and return it to the Ministry of Fair Trading before the expiry date.
