Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Business Names
Amendment Regulations 1998.

2.            Commencement

3094 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA [9 June 1998

3.           Third Schedule amended

The Third Schedule to the Business Names Regulations 1962* is amended in item 1 by deleting "90" and inserting instead —

" 93 ".
