AN ACT to amend section twenty-five of the Business

Names Act, 1942.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. This Act may be cited as the Business Names Act Amendment Act, 1946, and shall be read as one with the Business Names Act, 1942 (No. 2 of 1943) hereinafter referred to as the principal Act. Short title.

2.    Section twenty-five of the principal Act is amended ,Vns.erg",',e,"t

by deleting from paragraph (b) the words "or the word

`co-operative' " in line five of such paragraph.
