An Ordinance to amend the Business Names

Ordinance 1963.

Short titla and

citation. 1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Business

Names Ordinance 1966.*

( 2 . ) The Business Names Ordinance 1963f is in this

Ordinance referred to as the Principal Ordinance.

(3 . ) The Principal Ordinance, as amended by this Ordi- nance, may be cited as the Business Names Ordinance 1963- 1966.

Restriction on 3 . Section 9 of the Principal Ordinance is amended by

undeairabu.	" (3 . ) An application for the consent of the Attorney- General under this section shall be lodged with the Registrar and shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
" (4 . ) Where the Attorney-General gives consent under this section to the registration of a business name, the Registrar shall, upon payment of the prescribed fee, file the consent and may, subject to this Ordinance, register the business name.".

Notification of	4. Section 12 of the Principal Ordinance is amended by
changes in
particulars	omitting from sub-section (14 . ) the words " b e accompanied
relating to
registered	by the prescribed fee " and inserting in their stead the words
business names,
etc.	", if a fee for the lodging of the statement is prescribed, be accompanied by that fee ".
