BUSINESS LICENCES ACT 1990 No. 72—PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Business Licences Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 15 March 1991 as the day on which that Act commences, except for the following provisions:

(a) items 3–4 of Part 1 of Schedule 1; (b) items 4–7 of Part 2 of Schedule 1; (c) Schedule 3 in so far as it amends the following Acts:

(i) Bread Act 1969 No. 54;
(ii) Factories, Shops and Industries Act 1962 No. 43;
(iii) Motor Dealers Act 1974 No. 52;

(iv) Travel Agents Act 1986 NO. 5.
