BUSINESS LICENCES ACT 1990—ORDER

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, WENDY SUSAN MACHIN, Minister for Consumer Affairs, in
pursuance of section 18 of the Business Licences Act 1990 make the

Order set forth hereunder.

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as Business Licences (Fees) Order 1994

No. 2.

Commencement

2. This Order has effect on and from 1 July, 1994.

Licences to Which Order Applies

3. This Order applies to licences which are authorities under Regulations made under the Traffic Act 1909 to use premises for the purposes of conducting inspections of motor vehicles to determine whether they are suitable for safe use or comply with the requirements of that Act or Regulations.

Fees to Which Order Applies

4. The fees to which this Order applies are set forth hereunder. For an application for the grant of a licence ................. $364

Time Fee Payable

5. Any such fee is payable with the application.

Refund or Waiver of Fee

6. The licensing authority may, in respect of the whole or part of any such fee authorise a refund where the application is withdrawn or refused or may authorise a waiver where the authority determines to exempt the applicant from payment.

Repeal

7. Business Licences (Fees) Order 1992 No. 7 , published in the

Government Gazette No. 61, of 18 June 1993, is repealed.
