The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Business Franchise (Tobacco and Petroleum Products) Act 1984.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

Substitution

2.  Regulation 3 of the Business Franchise (Tobacco and Petroleum Products) Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:

Determination of value of tobacco

“3.  A determination of the value to be attributed to tobacco sold or purchased shall be made by notice in the Gazette.”.
