An Ordinance to amend the Business Franchise (Tobacco and Petroleum Products) Ordinance 1984

Short title

1.  This Ordinance may be cited as the Business Franchise (Tobacco and Petroleum Products) (Amendment) Ordinance 1988.1

Issue of copy of exemption certificate

2.  Section 36G of the Business Franchise (Tobacco and Petroleum Products)  Ordinance 19842 is amended by omitting all the words from and including “Where” to and including “the Commissioner may” and substituting “At the request of a person to whom an exemption certificate has been issued, the Commissioner shall”.
