An Ordinance to amend the Business Franchise (Tobacco and Petroleum Products) Ordinance 1984

Short title

1.  This Ordinance may be cited as the Business Franchise (Tobacco and Petroleum Products) (Amendment) Ordinance 1986.1

Commencement

2.  This Ordinance shall come into operation on 1 January 1987.

Interpretation

3.  Section 3 of the Business Franchise (Tobacco and Petroleum Products) Ordinance 19842 is amended by omitting “and not more than 93.0” from the definition of “unleaded motor spirit” in sub-section (1).
