An Act to amend section 41 of the Business Franchise Licences (Tobacco) Act 1987 to increase the fees paid for licences under that Act. [Assented to 8 October 1991]

Business Franchise Licences (Tobacco) Amendment 1991

The Legislature of New South Wales enacts:

Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Business Franchise Licences

(Tobacco) Amendment Act 1991.

Commencement

2. This Act is taken to have commenced on 28 July 1991.

Amendment of Business Franchise Licences (Tobacco) Act 1987 No.
93, s. 41 (Fees)

  1. Section 41. of the Business Franchise Licences (Tobacco) Act 1987

is amended by omitting the .words “35 per cent” wherever occurring and

by inserting instead the words “50 per cent”.

Application of Act

  1. The amendment made by this Act applies to and in respect of a fee

for a licence taking effect on or after 28 August 1991
