. Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows

(a) regulations I and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette (;razettal day);

(b) the rest of the regulations

(i)      if gazettal day is on or before the day on which the Biosecurity and Agriculfi re Management Regulations 2013 (other than regulations I

and 2) conic into operation on the day on

hich those regulations (other than regulations 1

and 2) come into operation; or

(ii)      otherwise — on the day after gazettal day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Conservation and Land Management Regir/ation.s 2002.
4.	Regulation 4 amended Delete regulation 4(3)(c) and insert:

(c)

in contravention of a direction or authority Management Act 2007; or

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows

(a)	regulations I and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gaze tte (gazettal day);
(b)	the rest of the re^tulations

3. Regulations amended
These regulations amend the Bush Fires Regulations 19.5-1.

4.             Regulation 36A aniended

In regulation 36A(1) delete "declared plants within the meaning of the Agriculture and Related Resources Protection Act 1976. or" and insert:

declared pests as defined in the Bio,security and Agriculture

Management Act 2007 section 6. or
