PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance

of section 2 of the Bush Fires (Amendment) Act 1989, do, by this my

Proclamation, appoint 3 April 1992 as the day on which the provisions of Schedule 3 (9) to the Act and section 3 of the Act, in its application to those provisions, commence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
