AN ACT to amend the Bush Fires Act, 1902.

[Assented to 22nd November, 1904.]

and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this presentDE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1.     This Act may be cited as the Bush Fires Amendment Act, Short title.

1904, and shall be read as one with the Bush Fires Act, 1902,

hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2.

The Governor may, from time to time, suspend the operation

of any declaration made under section five of the principal Act, so

far as such declaration extends to any railway reserve, for any period

not exceeding six weeks in any one year.
