BUSH FIRES ACT 1949—PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) G. SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South

Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 41I of the Bush Fires Act 1949, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3 to that Act by inserting in alphabetical order under the heading “Areas of” the word “Cootamundra”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to enable the Co-ordinating Committee and the Chief Co-ordinator under the Bush Fires Act 1949 to exercise their functions in the local government area of Cootamundra.
