BUSH FIRES ACT 1949—PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) G. SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 411 of the Bush Fires Act 1949, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3 to that Act by inserting in alphabetical order under the heading “Areas of:” the following words:

Bogan
Coolamon
Parkes

Wellington

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The purpose of this Proclamation is to enable the Co-ordinating Committee and Chief
Co-ordinator under the Bush Fires Act 1949 to exercise their powers, authorities, duties

and functions in the local government areas of Bogan, Coolamon, Parkes and Wellington.
