I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 4 11 of the Bush Fires Act 1949, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3 to that Act by inserting in alphabetical order under the heading “Cities of:’’ the following words:

Griffith Orange

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The purpose of this Proclamation is to enable the Co-ordinating Committee and Chief Co-ordinator under the Bush Fires Act 1949 to exercise their powers, authorities, duties and functions in the cities of Griffith and Orange.
